Summer Budget Breaks and a Giveaway
Along with the joy and sunshine of summer comes a myriad of tasks and pleasantries to be done. So the question of the day for you is:
What do you spend the most money on during the summer months?
Is it vacations? Your garden? Childcare expenses since the youngins are out of school? You tell me.
As for The Frugal Farmer Family, at least this summer, it will likely be home maintenance stuff. The barn is in desperate need of a staining (it’s never had stain before – yikes!). That will probably be our spendiest “spend”. I have a feeling that DIY project will be costly enough and time-consuming enough to cover our summer to-do list.
We’re also going to try and squeeze in a frugal summer vacation, although we have no idea what that will look like yet.
How about you? What are your plans for your money this summer? Tell us, please! And to help pay for those summer expenditures, we’re honored to be co-hosting a giveaway with some of our fave blogging buddies. By using the Rafflecopter entry below, you are eligible to win a whopping $480!!!! And more great news: you can enter as many times as you’d like between now and July 21st.
So enter today, and spread the word to your friends about this free summer bonus. 🙂

If you’re planning on buying a new home, re-mortgaging or getting a loan then there is always help available to you. Read more

My paternal great grandmother, who was a young mom during the Great Depression, had a love for people as big as the world, and loved to feed everyone who walked into her door. The delicious taste of this bread proves it. Read more
